Among the many stories to be told about Roger - he was a Navy cook, returned to school at 50 on the GI Bill, believed Robert Rauschenberg was the greatest artist alive, and developed Multiple Sclerosis while in his artistic prime.
Roger had a sense of humor. And a sense of destiny, illustrated by his relocation to Truth or Consequences New Mexico during the last year before he succumbed to MS.
